Geo Canada Art Gallery offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you're not completely satisfied with the quality, freshness, or condition of any item in your order, we will provide a refund or credit at our discretion.
This guarantee applies to both one-time purchases and subscription deliveries.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Quality Issues: Products that are damaged, spoiled, or otherwise not up to our quality standards upon delivery
- Missing Items: Products that were charged but not included in your delivery
- Incorrect Items: Products that were delivered but different from what you ordered
- Late Delivery: Deliveries that arrive significantly outside the scheduled delivery window, resulting in product spoilage
- General Dissatisfaction: If you are unhappy with a product for any reason
3. Refund Request Timeframe
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of the issue within:
- 48 hours of delivery for quality issues, missing items, or incorrect items
- 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time for late deliveries
We strongly recommend that you inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery to ensure timely reporting of any issues.
4. How to Request a Refund
Refund Request Process:

- Provide Order Details: Include your order number, the items you're unsatisfied with, and the reason for your dissatisfaction.
- Documentation: If possible, provide photos of the product issue to help us address the problem effectively.

- Resolution: We will process your refund or offer an appropriate solution within 2-3 business days of receiving your request.
For original paintings, prints, and other physical products, we may require return of the item before processing a refund. If a return is required, we will provide shipping instructions and cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error.
5. Return Guidelines for Artwork
If you need to return artwork, please follow these guidelines:
- Original Packaging: Return the artwork in its original packaging and protective materials
- Condition: Artwork must be returned in its original condition, with no additional damage
- Return Authorization: Obtain a Return Authorization Number from our customer service before shipping
- Insurance: Ship the artwork with appropriate insurance and tracking
- Documentation: Include the Return Authorization Number and your order information with the return
Please note that custom framing services, once performed, are non-refundable.
6. Refund Methods and Timing
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method when possible:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunded to the original card, typically appearing in your account within 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal Payments: Refunded to your PayPal account within 1-3 business days after processing
- Wire Transfers/Direct Deposits: Refunded via the same method within 5-7 business days after processing
For purchases over $5,000, please allow additional processing time for refunds.
7. Exceptions and Special Cases
7.1 Custom Commissions
Custom commissioned artwork is subject to special refund terms:
- Initial deposits (typically 50% of the commission price) are non-refundable once the artist has begun work
- In-progress approvals are required at key stages; once approved, that portion of the work is non-refundable
- Final approval is required before delivery; once final approval is given, the entire commission is non-refundable
7.2 Sale Items
Items purchased at a discount during promotional sales are eligible for refund or exchange only if they arrive damaged or defective, unless otherwise specified in the sale terms.
7.3 International Orders
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees associated with returns, unless the return is due to our error (damaged items, wrong items shipped, etc.).
8. Exchange Option
In some cases, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund. If you prefer to exchange your purchase for a different artwork of similar value, please indicate this preference when contacting our customer service team.
For exchanges of items with different values:
- If the new item costs more than the original purchase, you will be charged the difference
- If the new item costs less than the original purchase, we will refund the difference
9. Art Authentication Guarantee
We stand behind the authenticity of all artwork sold through Geo Canada Art Gallery. Each original artwork comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
If you purchase an artwork that is later proven to be inauthentic or misattributed (through independent expert authentication that we recognize), we will provide a full refund including the costs of authentication and return shipping, regardless of the time that has elapsed since purchase.
10. Amendments to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
